Imposter syndrome involves feelings of self-doubt and personal incompetence that continue despite your education, experience, and accomplishments. These feelings are not only related to our careers and work, but also to our social lives.
In simple terms, have you ever felt like you’re just not good enough despite your accolades or achievements? Perhaps it’s that nagging feeling you get when you attempt to go for that dream job telling you that your CV is far from impressive enough.
