What You'll Need:
- 1 (750-ml.) bottle of red wine
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds, plus more to garnish
- 6 whole cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish
- 2 star anise
- 1/4 cup honey
How to Make it:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all your ingredients. Bring to a simmer, not a boil, and then reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer gently over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve your mulled wine warm in your coffee mugs with saying, and garnish with more cinnamon sticks and citrus slices.
Pumpkin Pie Martini
Did someone say ultimate thanksgiving cocktail with vodka? This sure is it! What says Thanksgiving more than pumpkin pie? This cocktail recipe is equal parts drink and fall dessert.

What You'll Need:
- 2 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1/4 c. pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 oz. aged rum
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus additional to garnish
- Whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- A handful of ice cubes
How to Make it:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half and half, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and ice cubes. Cover and shake well for about 30 seconds—strain into 2 martini glasses.
- Top each glass with whipped cream. Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice and serve immediately. This Thanksgiving cocktail with vodka is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Thanksgiving Punch

- Peel of 1 orange, torn into pieces
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of Bourbon
How to Make it:
- Pour your cider into a large pot and set over medium-high heat. Add your apple, orange peel, and cinnamon sticks. Stir until dissolved and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add the Bourbon and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes. Ladle into mugs and serve warm.
Cranberry Thyme Gin and Tonic
Look no further if it's Thanksgiving cocktails with gin you're after! This fabulously festive drink will go down a treat with gin lovers.

What You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- Splash of orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Fresh English Thyme leaves
- Gin of your choice
- Tonic of your choice
How to Make it:
- Mix the cranberries, sugar, water, a splash of orange juice, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, pressing the cranberries with the back of your spoon until they pop (be careful of splattering).
- Add the fresh thyme and smash with the back of your spoon, releasing its aromatics. Pour the mixture through a strainer, discarding the solids and reserving the cranberry syrup.
- To make an individual cocktail, add about 1 ounce of syrup to each glass. Top with several cubes of ice, 2 ounces of gin, and then top with tonic. Mix and garnish with fresh sprigs of thyme. This drink tops all Thanksgiving cocktail recipes with gin!
Apple Pie Cocktail

What You'll Need:
- 8 oz apple cider
- 2 oz cinnamon whiskey
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz half & half
- caramel sauce
- cinnamon sugar
How to Make it:
- Add vodka, whiskey, apple cider, and heavy cream to your cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
- Rim your glasses with cinnamon sugar by dipping the top into water and then into a mixture of cinnamon sugar.
- Add ice and pour your cocktail shaker contents equally divided between 2 glasses. Drizzle top of the drink with a little caramel sauce and serve immediately.
